Do you work with toxic people that make you feel worthless? Do you have controlling or manipulative co-workers and you don’t know what to do about it? In this webinar we will be looking at the problem of workplace bullying, strategies for dealing with it, and how to maintain your strength and dignity in the midst of it. After looking at the problem of workplace bullying we will end with prayer based strategies for maintaining peace, clarity and strength when confronting it.
TRAINING
Please read “Created for Connection” by Sue Johnson and Kenny Sanderfer before the webinar begins. This will help you follow the basic theory and practice of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This book will give a basic overview of EFT that we will be applying to inner healing prayer.
ESD COHORTS
In this cohort we will be looking at a practical approach to spiritual formations and how this increases our ability to receive direction from God. This cohort will be interactive, experiential with a focus on the practical. It is geared toward working professionals who want to experience more of Jesus in the workplace.
